Smitten Lingerie makes every effort to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with every purchase made online. However, we appreciate that sometimes there is the need for a return, refund or exchange. As per our lingerie return policy, each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and requests are eligible for consideration within 14 days of receipt of delivery. If approved, a Return Authorization number will be issued to the customer to via email notification. Please ensure that any intimate item has been tried on over your own personal lingerie and not worn. Smitten does not accept returns on lingerie or accessories that have any signs of being worn or are soiled. All original tags and packaging must be attached to the item(s) being considered for return or exchange. Your packing slip and/or enclosed invoice must accompany your return shipment. According to our lingerie return policy, Smitten Lingerie does not refund shipping costs and the customer accepts they are responsible for any shipping fees to return their item to Smitten for refund or exchange.
